- The Department of Veterans Affairs issues this Sources Sought Notice as part of market research seeking Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) that are interested in proposing as a prime contractor for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction services at the VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI. Task orders issued under the MATOC would involve, but will not be limited to, carpentry; asphalt and concrete paving; roofing; excavation; interior renovation; carpet, window, and door installation; electrical; plumbing; painting and stucco; demolition; masonry; and HVAC. SDVOSB contractors that are interested in proposing as the prime contractor are invited to submit a package highlighting their ability to perform the services identified above not later than COB January 23, 2012. Your submission should include: 1)Name of firm, address, phone number, point of contact, CAGE Code 2)Bonding capacity 3)Statement of capabilities which includes your skills and experience in performing the specified types of work as the prime contractor on contracts/task orders over the past 5 years 4)Experience with design-build contracts/task orders over the past 5 years 5)Number of construction contracts/task orders you have been awarded over the past 5 years as the prime contractor performing the specified types of work that were: a.Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 b.Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 c.Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 d.Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 Submissions should not exceed 5 pages. The information received from this sources sought will be used for market research purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposals and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
