- RFQ Equipment List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are attached. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423430 applies to this solicitation. The attached equipment list is needed, 45 days after receipt of contract. The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to award a Purchase Order to procure "Brand Name Only" for the marked items and "Brand Name or Equal" for the marked items in the attached project equipment list. It is solicited on an "all or nothing" basis; no split awards will be made. All offerors shall include a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer, or a copy of its Annual Online Reps and Certs from ORCA website https://orca.bpn.gov/. Quotes for this acquisition are due no later than 12:00PM EST on 31 January 2012 via email at Valerie.Alday2@patrick.af.mil.
