- Vendor Enrollment Form Standard Form 18 RFQ USCPLOG2012Q00028 The United States Capitol Police (USCP), Office of Facilities and Logistics (OFL), Property and Asset Management Division (PAMD) is seeking sources that specialize in the removal and disposal of X-Ray Machines. PAMD has a need for removal and disposal of several X-Ray Machines from various USCP facilities throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. The contractor shall provide ALL personnel and equipment necessary to properly remove and dispose of the machines in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations. A certification of disposal receipt is required. Responses shall be directed to Deborah Jackson at deborah.jackson@uscp.gov by the due date.
