- The General Services Administration, Public Services (GSA/PBS) intends to make a sole-source award to Ligistic Management Instutute (LMI) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satify agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking Operating Cost Measure Contractor's. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 541620. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for proposal. The Government will consider all responses received by 12:00 PM EST, January 27, 2012. A determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
