RFQ, Scope of Work & Bid sheet "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Request for Quotation KITCHEN BOILER PROJECT OJCA - KITCHEN BOILER - 2012 RESPONSE TO SOLICITATION To be considered for an award of the contract, the response to this solicitation will include: -Completed "Bid Sheet" with specific Fee-For-Services information -All required New York State licensing & credentials specific to the installation of a Kitchen Boiler -All applicable certificates of Insurance -Proposed schedule (days/hours) of specific services to be rendered * There will be a one time MANDITORY site walk through on 30 JAN 2012 at 10:00 AM. All interested parties are to wait in the lobby of the Administrative Building (Bldg#1) to start the tour. There will be no other opportunities to tour the job site.
