- This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source, fixed price purchase order to No Magic, Inc. Allen, TX pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for one (1) MagicDraw UML Software Assurance for Teamwork Server over 10 connections, eleven (11) MagicDraw UML Software Assurance for Enterprise Edition Floating License, six (6) UPDM Plugin Software Assurance Seat License, eleven (11) SysML Plugin Software Assurance for Floating License, six(6) SysML Plugin Software Assurance for Seat License, eleven (11) UPDM Plugin Software Assurance for Floating License, six (6) Cameo Data Modeler Plugin Software Assurance for Seat License, eleven (11) Cameo Data Modeler Plugin Software Assurance for Floating License, six(6) Cameo SOA+ Plugin Software Assurance for Seat License, six(6) Cameo Business Modeler Plugin Software Assurance for Seat License, and six (6) MagicDraw UML Software Assurance for Enterprise Edition Seat Licenses; No Magic Inc. is the only manufacturer of the specified software and holds proprietary rights to the MagicDraws Software Suite components. The suite and associated components are not available from anyone else. Delivery is requested by 20 January 2012 or as soon as possible. FOB: Destination to Stennis Space Center, MS 39522-5001 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any inquires concerning this requirement is to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
