- Request for Quotation SOL-OAA-12-000020 for the Establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Water Containers The United States Agency for International Development, Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with one or more firms that will allow USAID to contract simply and quickly with these firms for immediate delivery of Water Containers. This competition for the BPA allows Vendors to submit their quotes to USAID describing how their firm is capable and qualified to provide the commodities and services outlined in this Request for Quotations (RFQ). The selected vendor(s) would then have a signed agreement with USAID (which includes a minimum order guarantee of zero rolls of water containers), through which future purchase orders could easily be issued. The selected BPA holders must be able to perform all activities specified in the scope of work in support of USAID programs.
