- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake Parachute Packing Facility intends to competitively procure on a Firm Fixed Price Basis a quantity of 2,252 {each} with optional quantities of 140 {each} rip cord assemblies. These assemblies will be competed only among vendors certified on QPL-6645 for NSN 1670-01-467-2051. The current qualified vendors are as follows: BAE Systems Aerospace & Defense Group, Inc., CAGE 54786; Capewell Components Company, LLC, CAGE 71304; Coating Specialties Inc, CAGE 53616. Award is anticipated on or prior to May 15, 2012. Delivery of the Rip Cord Assemblies will be made to NAWCWD, China Lake the first of which is required 30 days after contract award. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 30, 2012 and will be available through the Federal Business Opportunity website at htttp://www.fedbizopps.gov. Numbered Note 23 applies.
