Description

This will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for space planning and interior design services to support the Customer Service Center's mission of providing space to the Federal Government Agencies throughout the various Locations in Region 05. Services will include but are not limited to: space requirement planning and reporting, block plans, furniture plans, design intent drawings, and contract administrative services. This contract will be awarded for a period of one (1) year, with four additional option periods for a possible of five (5) years in summation. The procurement will be set aside for Total Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541410 with a size standard of $7.0 million. This is negotiated, best value procurement. The Government reserves the right to make more than one award from the solicitation.
