- RFQ PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number LDQ006074. The NAICS Code for this requirement is. 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing This solicitation is set aside for 100% small business. Brand name or equal items will be accepted. If an "equal" item is being proposed, then the product specifications must be included with the quote to demonstrate that the proposed item is equal, and must meet the Minimum Salient Technical Requirements. Vendors proposing an equal product that do not include a point by point comparison of their proposed equal item will be considered non-responsive and not considered for award. Price quote must include price for installation. Vendor must submit with quote a point by point comparison of equal item with mandatory specifications. Quote must include product specification documentation with proposed quote. Shipping Instructions: Shipping under this requirement shall be FOB destination. Items shall be delivered to Quantico, VA.
