- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with American Polygraph Association, located at 951 East Gate Loop Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee for participation in the 2012 Annual American Polygraph Association seminar. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, as the American Polygraph Association is the only source for this seminar. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 10:00 am, Eastern Standard Time by January 17, 2012 by email only, to the attention of Catherine A. Markardt, Contracting Officer, at Catherine.markardt@ic.fbi.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for like seminars in the future. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
