- Amendment 3: This amendment provides answers to questions received regarding this solicitation. 1. Is there an incumbent to this contract? No, there is no incumbent for this specific EPA Region 1 requirement. 2. Do EPA or community members need to be able to add content to the website themselves, or is all content managed by the contractor? NO, EPA and community members will not be able to add content to the website. The Contractor will be responsible for this, but will do so based upon information received from EPA and the community during the Zero Waste workshop as indicated in the SOW. 3. Are there any specific metrics required for tracking site visits? The Contractor will be responsible for tracking visits to web site only. 4. Is funding available for this effort? $40,000 has been committed for the basic period of performance. Funding for the options has been planned, but can not be committed in advance of the appropriation for the fiscal year associated with each option period.
