- RFP SPM4A6-12-R-0386, IQC11346009021. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ONLY OFFERS FROM SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NAICS for FSC 6220 is 335321, Small Business size is 500 employees. This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for 2 NSNs. DLA Aviation is seeking to establish one or more Indefinite Quantity Contracts for contractor supply of the following types of items: ITEM 1: 6220-01-434-0556, Bezel, Eyebrow Assy IAW Luminescent Systems, Inc. (14550), P/N 84-00244-001; Symbolic Displays, Inc. (19565), P/N 702994-1; or Control Products Corporation (27520), P/N 600410-001. Estimated Annual Quantity is 55 EA, requested delivery is 59 Days ARO. ITEM 2: 6220-01-434-0557, Bezel, Eyebrow Assy IAW Luminescent Systems, Inc. (14550), P/N 84-00243-001; Symbolic Displays, Inc. (19565), P/N 705690-1; Control Products Corporation (27520), P/N 600409-001; or Sun Dial & Panel Corporation (99917), P/N 388-5. Estimated Annual Demand is 62 EA, requested delivery is 87 Days ARO. Vendors may quote on one NSN or both NSNs. Evaluation of offers received will be line-by-line instead of all-or-nothing. Multiple awards may be made against this solicitation. Solicitation will be issued as a Small Business set-aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. The Buy American Act applies to this procurement. Export Control applies. Configuration Control applies. The items being procured are not commercial and have critical application. This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The guaranteed minimum is value will be determined with the following formula: 10% of the aggregate extended dollar value of the Estimated Demand Quantity in the base year only. Maximum quantity per delivery order is the same as the Estimated demand quantity. Minimum quantity per delivery order is 25% of the Estimated Annual Demand quantity. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders only; stock delivery locations will be any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. The solicitation will be available on or about 30 January 2012 and will close on or about 1 March 2012. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
