- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-12-Q-Q227 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This RFQ, N00104-12-Q-Q227, is for NetExpress application server maintenance. (See attached requirements description). This RFQ is issued on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 334112 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000. Award will be Firm-Fixed Price FOB destination. Product delivery shall be within 30 days ARO. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Quotes will only be considered from Net Express authorized resellers. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: Quote submissions are due by 6:00 PM Eastern, 16 Jan 2012, and shall be valid for 30 days.
