- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to modify contract N00189-08-C-Z022 on a sole source basis with the incumbent Safety Research Corporation of America, (SRCA), to provide additional support to DANTES. The purpose of the modification is to modify the existing Department of Defense (DoD) Voluntary Education Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the Voluntary Education Concerns and Resolutions web applications and corresponding databases to better facilitate Service specific system interfaces, the migration of both applications into a secure.mil environment, and the modification of application functionality. No changes to the contract period of performance are anticipated.
