- The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis toScientific Research Corporation, 2300 Windy Ridge Pkwy, Suite 400 South,Atlanta, Ga 30339 on a Firm- Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide support toTachtical Service Oriented Architecture Implementation. This Notice of Intentisnot a request for competitive quotes. The Government will accept quotes fromall responsible sources with the capability to provide the support and willawarda contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offerconforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to theGovernment. Quotes are due to Carolyn Nails, Contractring OfficerSPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4:00 p.m.Eastern Standard Time Jan 20, 2012. Noelectronic or hard copy Request For Quotes will be prepared or made availablefor distribution. This action is conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.Emails are acceptable, carolyn.nails@navy.mil. The applicable North AmericanIndustry Classification Systems (NAICS) is541519. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doingbusiness with Department of Defense. Information may be found athttp://www.ccr.gov.
