- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F3HSE11312A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business competition. The applicable NAICS code is 532112; the NAICS size standard is $25.5M. Lease Vehicle for USSTRATCOM Commander in DC. The government intends to issue a purchase order to Lease one 2012 Chevrolet Suburban LT, 4.4 JO Vehicle Requirements CC/CD/CS Vehicles. 1LT trim, PCK package, 5.3L, 4x4, 4 door, V8 Flex Fuel engine capable of running on unleaded or up to 85% ethanol fuel, and second row bucket seats. Non-standard options include: rearview backup camera integrated into rearview mirror. Cost must include: GM Smart Care maintenance for life of lease. DC tags and registration. Color: Exterior- Black. Interior: Light/Dark Titanium Leather. Base plus one option year. Delivery needs to be no later than 23 April 2012. Deliver To: Rosenthal Chevrolet/Jeep/Eagle.
