- The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure closing agent services for HUD owned properties located in the District of Columbia. The performance period is one year with options up to three additional years. All interested parties should go directly to www.fbo.gov where this notice was published to download the solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) containing all necessary information will be made available at www.fbo.gov on or after December 22, 2011. Telephone and fax requests will not be accepted. Potential offerors who download the solicitation will not automatically receive any amendment(s), if issued, and are advised to check back frequently at www.fbo.gov to see if HUD has issued any amendment(s) to this solicitation. Any amendment(s), if issued, will be linked to the solicitation page and made available for download from www.fbo.gov.
