- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please follow the directions listed below and on the attached document. Questions are due NLT 1/23/12 1pm EST (only one set of questions will be excepted) Quotes are due by 2/13/12 1pm EST (only one set of quotes will be excepted, all others will be discarded). The US. Army intends to award one IDIQ contract based on Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA), the IDIQ will be for a base year and four option periods. Please review the attached document for details.
