- Description
- Contractor shall furnish services for labor, management, supervision, materials, equipment, and local transportation necessary to provide training and technical assistance to public or private nonprofit corporations, agencies, institutions, organizations and other associations, including Indian tribes, eligible to receive assistance under the Section 523 Mutual Self-Help Technical Assistance Grant Program. Technical and management assistance may also be required to provide the aforementioned organizations/entities with transition assistance to other sources of funding and possibly phase-out/close-out their self-help program. It is critical to ensure that the phase out of the program is as unproblematic as possible given the challenges facing the participating grantees. Work shall be performed in Region III which includes the northeast and midwestern United States: CT, DE, IL, IA, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, WI, and WV. Currently, there are (13) "Grantee" organizations in Region III.
