- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a request for proposal (RFP). The incorporated document and provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54, and DFARS Change Notice 20111118. This requirement is being synopsized as a full and open competitive acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System code 33411, and the size standard is 1000 employees. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for the following Evertz items: -qty three (3) 1310Nm Xfp Fiber Option for the 7707Vt-8-Hs (model #. 7707VT-8-HS+13+3RU) -qty three (3) Standard sensitivity XFP for the 7707VR-8-HS (model #. 7707VR-8-HS+S+3RU) -qty two (2) VistaLINK Frame Controller with VLPRO-C Config Software and Rear Connector Plate for 3RU Frame (model #. 7700FC+3RU) -qty two (2) 3RU Multiframe with Frame Genlock and 360W Power Supplies - Holds up to 15 7700 or 7800 Series Modules. Redundant Power Supply. Quiet Fan Front Panel and Power Supplies Option Installed (model #. 7800FR-QT+78PQT) Method of Payment: The method of payment for this procurement will be a Visa Card. Acceptance and Delivery will be to: Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Bldg 2118 23013 Cedar Point Rd Patuxent River, MD 20670-1183 Shipping Charges: These items will be delivered F.O.B. destination, hence shipping shall be included in the quoted price. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, including Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Aug 2009) with its quote including DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items (Jun 2005) if applicable. FAR 52.247-34 F.o.b.-Destination (Nov 1991) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -Commercial Items (Mar 2009) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
