- Description: Medrad Injectors Preventive Maintenance Services for the Miami VA Healthcare System (VAHS) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation posted today January 12, 2012 for a commercial item acquisition and will be conducted in accordance FAR 12, 13, and 15 in accordance with IL 90-99-4 (http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/ars/policyreg/ils/il99_4.cfm). This procurement will be based on Full and Open Competition who can reasonably provide services for specific items in the solicitation and be technically and legally capable thereof. The purpose of the attached Solicitation will be to provide the Miami VAHS: Preventive Maintenance services for specific Medrad Injectors. It is the Miami VAHS'S intention to solicit quotes under the attached RFQ: VA248-12-Q-0627, NAICS Code: 339112 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Price contract with one (1) base year plus four (2) one (1) year options exercised at the discretion of the government. The offeror shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and any and all documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 - Miami. Interested firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and answer any and all items in the solicitation therein.
