- Statement of Work Combined Synopsis & Solicitation for Diesel fuel delivery to vicinity of Nogales, AZ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. F3LPAA1342A004: Solicitation document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-54. NAICS Code: 424720 Size Standard: 100 Employees Reference attached: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND STATEMENT OF WORK FOR COMPLETE DESCRIPTION AND INSTRUCTIONS. SUMMARIZED: No. 2 Diesel Fuel: delivered, as requested/required to a stationary fuel tank at an equipment staging site along the US/Mexico border, West of the Port of Entry, Nogales, AZ. Estimated, incremental delivery of up to 7,500 gallons total from 25 February 2012 - 07 March 2012. IAW SOW. Delivery and pickup of one (1): 2,000 gallon double wall fuel tank and/or adequate tank, set up at location for period of performance. Tank will include a 12 volt electrical powered pump, battery, adequate hose and fill nozzle to service engineer/construction equipment. IAW SOW. 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items - applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: Solicitation Number; Time Specified for receipt of offers; Name; Address; Telephone Number of Offeror; Terms of the expressed warranty; Price, Payment terms, Any discount terms, F.O.B. destination, CAGE number, DUNS number, Tax ID number and acknowledgement of all solicitation amendments. Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors that fail to furnish the required information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
