Description
This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division has a requirement for three each reflector assembly spares P/N D1509 in support of the Special Projects Aircraft (SPA). It is anticipated this action will result in a firm fixed price (FFP) supply contract with initial delivery of the units required 300 days after contract award. This one time buy will be sole sourced to Nurad Technologies Inc. in accordance with the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not possess rights to the technical data required to manufacture the required units. The delivery terms for this acquisition will be FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination and a Certificate of Conformance will be required. No solicitation will be made available at Fed Biz Opps or at NECO and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the agency. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
