Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Gainesville Delineated Area: North : Millhopper Road or State hwy 232. East : NW 43 rd Street/Newberry Road/SW 34th Street. South : SW Archer Road or Hwy 24 and West : NW 143 rd Street/NW 39 th Street/W Newberry Road/SW 75 th Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,265 ABOASF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,265 ABOASF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Spaces (Secured) Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· The awarded location will be occupied by a law enforcement agency with Level III security requirements as defined by the latest ISC pronouncement. Each offered location will be assessed by Agency security personnel and site specific security requirements may be developed to be included with any offer for that location. Above ground floor space is required and must be serviced by a minimum of 2 elevators. Space located on a single floor is preferred but all offered space must be contiguous within the building. Agency cannot be collocated with other Federal, State, local government agencies or private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. Offered locations cannot be within 1000' of a designated drug-free zone as measured from the door of the building to the zone boundary (i.e. school, park, church, daycare, etc.). Required parking must be secured and separate from any other tenant parking. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
