- Amendment 01 FITNESS CENTER SPORTS OFFICIALS Contractor shall provide officials, uniforms, labor, materials, transportation and incidentals at Gerrity Health & Fitness Center on Tinker Air Force Base for Intramural Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, and Intramural Softball IAW with the Statement of Work, Appendix "C", and Wage Determination 2005-2431 Revision 15. Period of Performance: 6 Feb 2012 through 5 Feb 2013. Amendment 01 issued 10 Jan 12. Synopsis of changes to the solicitation is the period of performance and the numer of estimated games. Please see attached amendment 01 for specific information.
