- USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to System Link International, Inc. 13301 NW 47th Ave Opa Locka, Fl 33054-4316 for purchase of electronic access to AGU Electronics Edition Package for ERDC library. System Link International is the sole publisher and provider of the electronic access to AGU Package The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist by 11:00 AM CST, Friday Jan 13, 2012.
