- NSN 1620-01-145-2543, PR number 41404328, CARTRIDGE, SPRING, HOLDBACK used on the F-18 AIRCRAFT. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is January 30, 2012 with a CLOSING DATE of March 1, 1012. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 127 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). Approved sources are KIRKHILL AIRCRAFT PARTS, CAGE 5H519, P/N 74A451113-1003, and BOEING COMPANY, CAGE 76301, P/N 74A451113-1003. Terms and Conditions are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 220 days after First Article Test Approval. This item has higher level inspection, configuration control, critical application, and first article requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
