- NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS: The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate is hereby cancelling BAA 12-04 at this time and will reissue the Broad Agency Announcement in June 2012. Challenges in the Federal appropriations process and associated programmatic scheduling problems have necessitated the Government to pursue this course of action. The new BAA will be funded with Fiscal Year 2013 appropriations and will focus on the same Technical Functional Areas (TFAs) as BAA 12-04. Prospective Offerors are hereby requested to continue to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for updates.
