- The proposed contract action is for Document Conversion Services to create and edit electronic documents and fillable forms in varying formats in accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Government Paperwork Elimination Act(GPEA) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Innovative Technology at 6551 Loisdale Court, Suite 800, Springfield, VA 22150-2830. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Vendor period of performance will be from 04/01/2012 to 03/31/2013. The awarded contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive payment. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these services, interested parties my submit technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Governments requirement by 01/30/2012 at 10:00AM, EST.
