- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SPM4A512R1274, NSN 2840012452905, PR 0043866661, BLADE,TURBINE ROTOR. This is a configuration control item with one approved source of supply- GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY CAGE 99207 P/N 6029T82P01, unrestricted. ABVS and Export Control applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 4993 each. Need Arrival Date is 02/13/2012. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 01/10/12 with a closing date of 01/20/12. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
