- This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order for parking for Federal Highway Administration DC Division office under the authority of FAR 12 and FAR 13.106-1(b). This requirement is a continuation of the parking services requirement with Atlantic Services Group. FHWA's DC Division office requires parking for its government fleet vehicle. Parking for this vehicle must be in close proximity to the office to enable immediate accessibility for government employees, as well as ensuring security of government property. In order to meet this goal, the FHWA is in need of the parking services of Atlantic Services Group which has a secure underground parking facility closest to the division office. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide parking services via e-mail to Ms. Dawn Randolph no later than 10:00 AM, EST, Tuesday, 1/17/2012. Email address dawn.randolph@dot.gov. Capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a small business set-aside requirement.
