- Agency: General Services Administration Office: Public Buildings Service (PBS) Location: North Service Center (1PSA) Solicitation Number: GS-01P-12-BZ-C-0008 Water Infiltration Repairs, Highgate Springs, VT LPOE Synopsis: Subject to Availability of Funds The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, North Service Center Branch is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the removal and reconstruction of concrete pavement, installation of drainage structures, and sump pumps. Work also includes removal of aboveground mechanical HVAC equipment and abandoning underground ductwork with flowable fill at the Highgate Springs Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Vermont. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this service is 238910, Site Prep Contractors. The Small Business Size standard is $14 MILLION. The solicitation will be released on or about January 24, 2012, with bid due date on or about February 23, 2012. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for January 31, 2012. Technical documents will be available through the secure website via a direct link from FEDBIZOPPS. Bidders are responsible for printing the IFB and all related documents. It is also the bidder's responsibility to monitor this site for release of the IFB, and amendments and any related information.
