- The Indian Health Service, Division of Facilities Operations, is seeking Senior Realty Specialist Services to support real property acquisition, real property transfers, and utilization and disposal of real property. The services must comply with HHS, IHS and GSA guidelines, regulations, policies and procedures. Work must also comply with P.L. 93-638 and P.L. 94-437. Period of performance is expected to commence July 1, 2012 and there will be one year with four one year option periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 1, 2012.
