Description
MODIFICATION DUE TO MARKET SURVEY MISSING A NUMBER. MARKET SURVEY SHOULD BE MARKET-SURVEY-5202-1 FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Andre Armstrong 443-861-3472 Andre.L.Armstrong@us.army.mil The purpose of this market survey is to locate potential sources to provide supplies of either or both of the Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) listed below. The CCAs will be procured under one or more individual contracts, either as definite quantities or on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis, with a period of performance of up to five years. The CCAs are components of the Argon ST Inc. (Commercial and Government Entity [CAGE] Code 0PCT4) Digital Processor Unit (DPU), which is part of the High Bandwidth COMINT (HBC) subsystem of Guardrail Modernization. As part of Government acceptance of each CCA, sources are responsible for performing pre burn-in testing, burn-in testing, and post burn-in testing, according to Argon ST requirements. The Government does not possess technical data or acceptance criteria for the CCAs, nor can the Government provide the Argon ST burn-in procedures or test fixtures/equipment required for acceptance. The CCAs are as follows: a. Part number 900-08071-01 from Mercury Computer Systems Inc. (CAGE Code 3X893). b. Part number SI-9136B-1/CF1 from DRS Signal Solutions Inc. (CAGE Code 14632). The Mercury Computer Systems CCAs that successfully pass burn-in procedures and Government acceptance will be placed under National Stock Number (NSN) 5998-01-599-4683. The DRS Signal Solutions CCAs that successfully pass burn-in procedures and Government acceptance will be placed under NSN 5895-01-599-4905. Additional marking and shipping requirements will apply, such as Item Unique Identification (IUID) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Interested potential sources are to provide a response only via email, in a response not to exceed 10 pages. The response must specify how the potential source will obtain the parts and, for potential sources other than Argon ST, how the burn-in as required by Argon ST will be accomplished (i.e., procedures and test fixtures/equipment to be utilized). The deadline for responses is 24 January 2012. Attachments of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, text and Rich Text documents are acceptable. Questions related to this market survey are to be presented only via email. The point of contact for email responses and questions regarding this market survey is Andre Armstrong, Andre.L.Armstrong@us.army.mil, CERDEC PRD, Attn: RDER-PRI-LW, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, (443)861-3472.
