- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333314, Size Standard 500 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD1354A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55, effective 03 January 2012. The Government intends to award five (5) contract line item numbers (CLINs) as follows: CLIN 0001-AA: 1 Lot 1 each, KARL SUSS MJB3 200W Mask Aligner, or equal, consisting of: MJB3 Main System - Capable of processing 1mm pieces up to 3-inch wafers; Configured for Top Side Alignment (TSA); Mimir 505 Power Supply; 200W Lamphouse; UV400 Exposure Optics (for 365nm and 405nm exposure); UV300 Exposure Optics; Suss M400 Normal Field Microscope; Leitz 5x, 10x, 20x Objectives; 2 Leitz 10x Eyepieces; Suss 15W Illuminator for microscope; Exposure Resolution: 1.5 microns; Alignment Resolution: 0.25um; Capable of Hard, Soft, and Vacuum Contact Exposure Modes; 1 Maskholder included: for 4"x4" masks with 2 round exposure opening; 1 Vacuum Chuck included; for 2" GaSb diameter wafers; 1 Brand new 200W Mercury Lamb/bulb; Operations Manual and Documentation for MJB3; CLIN 0002-AA: 1 Lot 1 each, KINETIC SYSTEMS VIBRAPLANE ISOLATION TABLE, or equal, consisting of: Isolation Table for Suss MJB3 Mask Aligner; Top Dimensions: 30"x35" fully refurbished; Additional set of tooling included at no cost consisting of: 1 Additional Vacuum Chuck for 10mm x 10mm samples; 1 Additional Maskholder for 2"x2" masks with ~1" exposure hole; 12 Month Warranty on Parts and Labor at no cost; CLIN 0003-AA: 1 Lot 1 each, INSTALLATION & TRAINING OF SUSS MJB3 MASK ALIGNER, or equal, consisting of: Performed by factory trained technician at customer facility; System installed per factory specifications; System training performed using customer wafers/samples; Basic maintenance training covered; CLIN 0004-AA: 1 Lot 1 each, CRATING COST consisting of: System professionally crated to ensure safe transit; System crates to include shockwatch and tip-n-tell devices; Crating for Mask Aligner; Crating for Isolation Table; CLIN 0005-AA: 1 Lot 1 each, SHIPPING COST consisting of: System shipped via Air Ride Truck throughout transit; System fully insured throughout transit; Shipping terms: Dock to Dock delivery.
