- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure professional photography construction services both ground and aerial. These photos shall clearly indicate the progress of construction during each session. The photographs will be taken at various construction sites around Herbert Hoover Dike in South Florida, which encircles Lake Okeechobee. Each site can be defined as a culvert replacement, culvert removal, cutoff wall, and any other task order construction site. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform aerial and ground construction photography. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Period of Performance will be for 12 months. Prospective bidders must bid on the 12 months. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offers whose offer, conforming to this Request for Quote (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% Small Business set aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 541922; Small Business Size Standard is $7 Million. Solicitation W912EP-12-T-0010 will be issued on or about 17 January 2012 and will close on or about 31 January 2012. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at https://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No phone or fax requests for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted. There is a VENDOR USER GUIDE available on the FedBizOpps website. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. In addition, in order to generate a Plan Holders List, all interested bidders must also REGISTER AS INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this procurement. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense CCR database prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
