- Security Requirements for Contractor Requiring Access to Classified Information Statement of Work In attempt to promote full and open competition and seek competitive proposals, AFPOA/DPB is seeking sources capable of providing Information Technology Disaster Recovery (IDTR) offsite transportation of classified and unclassified media between building 400, E-Wing, AFPOA Data Center, Randolph AFB to Port San Antonio, building 171 (approximately 25 miles between facilities) for 12 months. See attachments for further details. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) shall include the appropriate contract vehicle information, such as type of contract vehicle, ordering instructions, GSA Schedule, contract number, Special Item Number (SIN), business size, NAICS Code, and cost for the service on a monthly basis. This RFI is for market research purposes only. Contractors are encouraged to inform the Government of any barriers that would prohibit them from competing. Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. This RFI is for fact finding and planning purposes only and does not constitute an invitation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The purpose is to seek and identify potential qualified sources that can provide annual IDTR offsite transportation services. All contractors must be CCR registered.
