- This is modification #9 to the synopsis entitled 'Engineering and Science Contract'which was posted on June 15, 2011. In a continuing effort to promote and facilitate opencommunication with industry, NASA Johnson Space Center (NASA/JSC) is providing thefollowing updates, which provide additional information related to the JSC Engineering,Technology and Science (JETS) Procurement: 1. The JETS Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 6, 2012 and Site Tours onFebruary 6 and 7, 2012. Part II Site Tour will be conducted on afternoon of February 6and Part III all day on February 7. Offerors need to attend both Part II and III in orderto see all facilities and labs. There is no overlap between Part II and Part III. Pleasecontact Marilyn Lewis via email to Marilyn K. Lewis at marilyn.k.lewis@nasa.gov if youneed to modify your current reservation. Please view the the Pre-Proposal Noticeattachment for further details. RSVP deadline is on Friday, January 13, 2012. TheGovernment anticipates publishing the DRFP in January 2012. These updates can be viewed on the JETS Procurement website located athttp://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/jets/. All documents are for information and planning purposes and to allow industry theopportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well aspromote competition. The data contained in the JETS Procurement website is constantly being updated andrefined. Please check the JETS website periodically for updates, which are detailed inthe Current News and Events Section located at the bottom of the JETS home page. No responses to these changes are required. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
