- Wage Determination Rates Statement of Work SF-1449 Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Investigation is soliciting quotes via Request for Quote 0385089, for the repair of a fire suppression system located within a hangar at the Lakehurst Naval Air Engineering Station in Lakehurst, New Jersey. The attached Statement of Work has all applicable technical information pertaining to the requirement. Award shall be made on a Firm-Fixed Price basis not to exceed the awarded amount. Award will be made to the offer that is the Lowest Cost, Technical Acceptable. All security provisions detailed in the Provisions and Clauses section of this solicitation package shall be followed by the contractor. Additional security requirements may be required by the Lakehurst Naval Air Engineering Station prior to the commencement of work. Milestone Schedule: Release of Solicitation: January 10, 2012 Confirmation with Attendee Names for Site Inspection: Thursday January 12, 2012 at 12:00PM EST Site Inspection: Friday January 13, 2012 at 10:00 AM EST Questions Due: Tuesday January 17, 2012 at 05:00 PM EST Due Date for Quotes:Tuesday January 24, 2012 at 05:00 PM EST   All mentioned due times shall be strictly enforced and no exceptions will be granted. All questions shall come in the form of writing and shall be sent to the Contracting Officer’s email address, Richard.Casagrand@ic.FBI.gov. Any and all quotes shall be sent to the aforementioned email address. Under no circumstances shall hand deliveries be accepted.
