- Vehicles located in Casper Wyoming.The vendor will supply and install the items in this specification (winch and bumpers, camper shell, emergency lights, and radio console... etc.) on three (3) 2011, Ford, F-250, Super-Cab 4X4 Pickup trucks. The Department of Interior license plates assigned to these vehicles which are the only vehicles authorized to receive this contract's items follow: I427729, I427506, and I427507. All items and installation in this statement of work shall be designed for severe off highway use and constructed to handle the rough unimproved road conditions found in Wyoming mountainous terrain. Manufacturer construction specifications must meet Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requirements, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS). Items Manufacturer specifications must also provide any additional technical and structural engineering required for a heavy duty wild-land fire vehicles which, operate in conditions where road and environment place stresses much greater than those found on primary and secondary roads. The requirements within this specification are minimum requirements that each apparatus must meet, the manufacturer specifications and installer's best judgment or needs may offer additional features and components to items in order to negate any time consumption or modifications; however, optional /convenience items and equipment that may be added to the standard build shall be included within the submitted bid and defined as optional, with associated costs. All products shall be high quality, state of the art, commercial grade.
