- USCG Base Portsmouth, VA issues this Pre-solicitation notice of a synopsis/solicitation that will be issued 1/24/12 to replace and install a cantilever gate and opener at USCG Station Oregon Inlet, Hwy 12 South, Nags Head, NC 27959.
