- BUILDING 400 - RENOVATE DOORS/GUARD RAILS AND RESTROOMS, NCBC GULFPORT, MS Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision required for renovations on the following: 1. The work includes installing windows and new ac/heat pump units. It also includes replacing flooring, paint, ceiling grid, and tile, light and bathroom fixtures, partitions and a water heater. 2. Replace exterior double door unit at parts receiving door and exterior single door unit at east side D shop next to roof ladder. 3. Fabricate and install roof top safety guard rails on building 400.
