One-year, single-award term contract with four option years for the production of a saddle-stitched, separate cover magazine requiring such operations as electronic prepress, providing proofs, four-color process printing, UV coating of Covers 1 and 4, binding, packing, and delivery. FTP site required. Produced quarterly. Approximately 700 to 900 copies per order. Approximately 28 to 36 pages plus cover per order. 8-1/2 x 11". Adobe InDesign files provided. Fonts furnished. Contractor required to create bleeds. Files are a mixture of RGB and CMYK. Contractor to convert all to CMYK. Contract proofs required. Gloss text and cover. Four-color process printing. UV coating on Covers 1 and 4. Distributes fob destination to 4 addresses in the US and mails fob contractor's city to 2 APO addresses.
