- Description
- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-12-R-1014, Purchase Request: 0043847511 will issue on January 26, 2012 with a closing date of February 27, 2012. NSN is 6150-01-578-5762; Cable, Assembly, Spec. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition, NSN is Non-Commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. Sources of supply are Firetrace Aerospace LLC, Cage 3R5K2, Part Number: 821705 and OSHKOSH, Cage 45152, Part Number: 3835057. DLA-Aviation, DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available to the NSN. Unapproved sources must submit a technical data package. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) buy. Stock location, CLIN 0001 to DODAAC: W25G1U, DLA Distribution in New Cumberland PA for a total quantity of 636 each. Requested delivery is 68 days ARO. The Government seeks acceptance within 120 days of the closing date. Accelerated delivery/partial shipment is authorized at no cost to the Government. Any Contractor offering Government surplus must submit their surplus certification. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
