- Skid Board T.O. Solicitation for Skid Boards (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-12-T-0010, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 (Effective 5 JUL 2011). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 321211 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v-vi) A/C grade 3/4" plywood cut to specifications and pre drilled holes in accordance with drawing specifications identified in the attached T.O. drawing. Note that the nylon webbing is not required. Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-12-T-0010 for CLIN details. (vii) The contractor shall deliver no later than 30 days after contract date. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (viii-xiii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-12-T-0010 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. (xiv) Not Applicable (xv) Quotes are required to be received by the 19th Contracting Squadron NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. CST, Wednesday, 18 January 2012.
