- The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and issue a purchase order to Resolution Advocates at 405 Creekside Place, Nampa Idaho 83686 to obtain facilitation/mediation services using the patented process 'Wings and Roots'. The estimated value of this simplified acquisition is less than $45,000.00. The expected date of the solicitation for this requirement to be issued is January 23, 2012. The solicitation will be announced at www.fedconnect.net and www.fbo.gov. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement special notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1).
