- Updated Section J-1, IFT Geographic Lay-down Data This amendment updates Section J-1, IFT Geographic Lay-down Data, for solicitation number HSBP1012R0024, which includes the corner points of the permanent impact area for both FST and Comm sites in BPS Nogales- IFT AOR and BPS Sonoita- IFT AOR. Additionally, this amendment includes the permanent impact area for tower sites in BPS Douglas- IFT AOR, which is forthcoming and will be released no later than with the final RFP. Release of this data DOES NOT authorize any potential offerors or their agents to visit these tower sites. Other changes to this version of J-1 are: · Included clarification information regarding individual lat/long data in Section 1.0 · Included wording about complying with laws and regulations in Section 1.0 · Populated lat/longs in Sections 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 7.10, 8.14 · Updated tower loading and design documents in Sections 3.7, 4.12, 5.2, 5.8, 7.10, 8.14 · Section 4.8: Changed distance from grid and fiber to >2mi · 2 week construction period in Section 9.0 replaced with "timely manner" · Reference to non-applicable buffer-type removed from Section 9.0 · Added phrase to Noise Abatement paragraph in Section 9.0 · Removed "other" traffic from second paragraph in Section 10.0 The Government does not intend to respond to any questions or comments resulting from this update.
