- Patch and Release Management - Phase 1 Questions and Answers The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to provide answers to those questions received by interested vendors, and extend the due date for Phase 1 responses. Therefore, please reference the attached document entitled "Patch and Release Management - Phase 1 Questions & Responses." These should be a complete list of all questions submitted. If a question was submitted and not addressed, please re-send that question to Gary.Robertson@dhs.gov. Please note, however - no additional questions will be accepted at this point. As a result, the deadline for submitting responses to this Phase 1 solicitation is hereby extended to Tuesday, January 17, 2012, 2:00 pm EST.
