Description

The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Modification 4 to the solicitation of a Prospectus to operate houseboat and boat rentals, moorage, retail, fuel sales, food and beverage, and related services at Keller Ferry and Seven Bays Marinas within Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. Modification 4 provides an update to information provided in the Business Opportunity included in the Prospectus. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) January 24, 2012. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. Prospectus packages will be available by contacting Kimberley Gagliolo, Commercial Services Specialist, Pacific West Region, via email at kim_gagliolo@nps.gov. The Prospectus will also be available after November 15, 2011, at http://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the Prospectus from the NPS website please notify Kimberley Gagliolo via email, so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence. Additionally, a second site visit is scheduled for December 1, 2011 (please note the facilities will be closed for the season). If you would like to participate in this site visit, you must RSVP to Kimberley Gagliolo for additional information regarding the time and location of the site visit and to reserve a spot.
